Safety Report

The Safety Report is prepared in accordance with Schedule 8 of the Manufacture, Storage, and Import of Hazardous Chemicals Rules (MSIHC) 1994, or Schedule 8 of the Control of Industrial Major Accident Hazard Rules.

Objective of the Safety Report:

• Enhance the employer’s responsibility for the safety and health of employees and the public in the vicinity, by raising their awareness.
• Provide comprehensive information for employees.
• Offer complete information for local authorities in charge of controlling major accident hazards.
• Support and improve the inspection capabilities of factory inspectorates.

The Safety Report serves as a repository for all information regarding the safe operation of the facility, thereby enhancing its safety.
